One question at a time
MindSyncr is being shaped to guide decisions calmly. When planning, refining, troubleshooting, or creating work, the assistant should ask the next most important question instead of dumping everything at once.
Private alpha · First builds being tested
MindSyncr is a personal AI workspace being built to help people organize ideas, projects, tasks, documents, and decisions through calm, step-by-step guidance.
MindSyncr is not publicly available yet. Early alpha builds are being tested and refined before release.
Built by CUR-DEV B.V.
MindSyncr is designed around one practical idea: people make better decisions when the system helps them focus on one thing at a time. Instead of overwhelming users with a long list of questions, MindSyncr guides planning and execution through focused conversations, structured drafts, approvals, and clear next steps.
The product is currently in private alpha testing. Core workflows are being built and validated iteratively, with a focus on usability across desktop, tablet, and phone.
Current alpha direction
MindSyncr is being shaped to guide decisions calmly. When planning, refining, troubleshooting, or creating work, the assistant should ask the next most important question instead of dumping everything at once.
Alpha builds include workspace dashboards, project boards, task details, checklists, approvals, and UI actions for managing work safely.
MindSyncr supports local AI model configuration, purpose-based model defaults, and response metadata so users can see which model generated a result.
The alpha includes early Brain context, document uploads, project/task attachments, and the foundation for future document-aware retrieval.
Product pillars
Project and task creation are being designed around an AI-assisted workflow where the assistant helps define the work, asks focused questions, drafts a plan, and then executes only after confirmation.
Projects can move through clear stages such as Identifyr, Analyzr, Solvr, Planr, Buildr, Evaluatr, and Done. Destructive actions are being designed with approvals, impact summaries, and soft-delete safety.
The slide-out assistant is being refined to keep active chats, drafts, selected models, and context available while users navigate across workspaces, projects, and tasks.
The interface is being reviewed for desktop, tablet, and phone, with compact controls, collapsible page sections, focus-chat mode, and better use of screen space.

Parsing supported documents, generating summaries, and making uploaded project/task files usable in chat context.
Semantic search across projects, tasks, chats, documents, memories, and decisions.
GitHub, email, calendar, file storage, team workspaces, permissions, and peer-to-peer sharing.
Trust and responsible access
MindSyncr is offered directly by CUR-DEV B.V. It is not a payment marketplace and does not onboard sub-merchants, payout recipients, or third-party sellers. Customer verification and compliance reviews are risk-based and proportionate to a direct software subscription service.
